Whitby Floral Clock

Whitby Floral Clock which is situated in the town’s Pannett Park just half way up Chubb Hill Road is now planted with the early spring flowers. The flowers have been planted with care and it can be clearly seen already that around the outside of the face is printed ‘Pannett Park’ in hedging just slightly apart from the numerals.
